PSM GmbH is a German contract manufacturer (CDMO) of the pharmaceutical industry located in Schiffweiler in the state of Saarland. Our services include the production of synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), analytics as well as product, method and process development.
In the field of aseptic filling, we support our customers in clinical trials as well as commercial GMP Fill & Finish Services for Small Molecules, Biosimilars, Water-for-Injections (WFI) syringes or vials and Biological Pharmaceuticals. The maximum batch size is in the range of 600 liters.
For high value drugs, with a batch size of up 100 liter, we use the most sophisticated fill & finish technologies to reduce product loss to a minimum throughout the entire processing cycle.
As an end-to-end CDMO, we also offer manual and fully automated 100% visual inspection, labeling, final packaging, serialization as well as GMP storage and GDP transport as a service. As primary packaging container, we can process ready-to-use syringes up to 10 ml, vials up to 100 H and cartridges up to 3 ml made of glass and polymer.
