Quality assurance staff
YOUR TASKS:
- Creating and checking quality management (QM) SOPs
- Checking and managing all QM documents, including audit reports, training documents/evidence, qualification/validation documents
- Planning and conducting training courses
- Processing complaints and objections
- Communication interface and contact person for QA issues, including for production and quality control
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pharmaceutical training or comparable training
- High quality standards and awareness
- Basic knowledge of GMP and AMG is an advantage
- Enjoy independent, structured work
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or experience in quality management in a comparable industry desirable

IT employe
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, data synchronization and information security by creating stable and efficient processes
- Expansion of existing and provision of new technologies
- Continuous analysis of group-wide IT systems, processes and services
- Negotiations with and selection/management of relevant suppliers and external service providers
- Decision-maker and contact person for all IT-related issues
- Implementation and support of computer system validations
- Administration of GMP-critical software
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed university degree in information technology (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or comparable training
- Experience in the areas of IT project management, IT infrastructure (hardware, network, backup / recovery, end-user device management, server virtualization and cloud solutions)
- Knowledge of computer system validation is an advantage
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of solution orientation and customer focus

IHRE AUFGABEN:
- Independent preparation of payroll and salary statements
- Administration and maintenance of personnel master data
- Support in all processes of operational personnel work from entry to exit
- Processing of entries and exits, as well as drawing up employment contracts

- Cleaning of our production rooms class

YOUR TASKS:
- Operating and setting up production equipment and manufacturing liquid pharmaceutical products
under GMP guidelines - Set-up, format change, retooling of the machines
- Cleaning and maintenance of production lines and machines

- Carrying out visual inspections
