Pharma Operator
YOUR TASKS:
- Operating and setting up production equipment and manufacturing liquid pharmaceutical products
under GMP guidelines - Set-up, format change, retooling of the machines
- Cleaning and maintenance of production lines and machines
- Documentation and cleaning according to cleaning instructions
- Carrying out visual inspections
- Carrying out and evaluating process controls and GMP documentation
- High level of responsibility for compliance with hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations
- Working in class B, C and D clean rooms
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good PC skills and good understanding of software
- Expertise in retooling and optimizing interlinked systems
- Expertise in manufacturing / packaging technology desirable
- Knowledge of GMP and hygiene regulations desirable
- Understanding of production equipment
- Willingness to work early and midday shifts
- A high degree of self-organization, strong communication skills, and
a confident and friendly appearance - Reliability and a hands-on mentality

Sterile Production
YOUR TASKS:
- Production of liquid pharmaceutical products under GMP guidelines
under GMP guidelines - Preparation of materials and equipment for production
- Operation of industrial production systems
- Performance of visual checks
- Compliance with manufacturing and testing instructions
- High level of responsibility for compliance with hygiene and occupational health and safety regulations
- Working in class B, C and D cleanrooms
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lateral entry possible
- Completed vocational training in the natural sciences, e.g. BTA, PTA, MTA, chemical laboratory assistant, or comparable desirable
- Open-mindedness for technical processes
- Knowledge of GMP and hygiene regulations desirable
- Good knowledge of German
- Willingness to work early and midday shifts
- A high degree of self-organization, strong communication skills and a confident and friendly manner

Quality assurance staff
YOUR TASKS:
- Creating and checking quality management (QM) SOPs
- Checking and managing all QM documents, including audit reports, training documents/evidence, qualification/validation documents
- Planning and conducting training courses
- Processing complaints and objections
- Communication interface and contact person for QA issues, including for production and quality control
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pharmaceutical training or comparable training
- High quality standards and awareness
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or experience in quality management in a comparable industry desirable
- Basic knowledge of GMP and AMG is an advantage
- Enjoy independent, structured work
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German

Technical Staff
YOUR TASKS:
- Organizing and carrying out revisions, inspections, maintenance, servicing and statutory inspections- Specifying and procuring spare parts
- Developing and implementing maintenance/maintenance concepts as well as planning, carrying out and monitoring maintenance/maintenance work
- Quality control and acceptance of repair measures
- Continuous maintenance of documentation and databases
- Close cooperation with machine manufacturers and suppliers
- Ongoing assessment of the system status from a technical perspective and preparation of risk analyses (costs and safety)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical or comparable training
- Several years of technical work experience
- Strong inventive spirit and flexibility
- good organizational skills
- high quality standards and awareness
- Basic GMP knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and spoken German
