On 14.02. PSM GmbH had the pleasure to host the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Women and Health for the GMP inspection of the lab s in Schiffweiler. We thank the inspectors for the enriching discussions and are very pleased to have received the GMP certificate! Another milestone is achieved …

The highly flexible filling line from groninger for syringes, vials or cylindrical ampoules with an annual capacity of approx. 30 million per year was installed in Schiffweiler in Saarland. PSM GmbH offers everything from small batches to individual preparation. As a contract manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry, PSM offers the greatest possible safety for the manufactured products.
In the future, medicinal products will be produced on the premises in accordance with § 13 AMG and in compliance with EU GMP guidelines. Innovative equipment and a GMP warehouse with different temperature ranges create an optimal environment for our processes. Now the machine only needs to be cleaned and disinfected after the last walls around the filling equipment have been installed.

The hall for GMP secondary packaging is being built. This is where the quarantine storage, as well as the visual inspection, leak test and secondary packaging in mono-material will take place for a better carbon footprint.

From a bird’s eye view, the pharmaceutical campus in Schiffweiler is clearly visible. Our roads are paved and we are also making great strides in the interior.

Our production is already equipped with a floor covering and finished. We are pleased that the laboratory has now also received its screed. In the office area, the first stud walls for the dry construction are already being erected.

Our clean rooms are slowly shining in their new splendour, even if they are not yet finished. On the intermediate ceiling, things look quite different in the meantime. Some technical equipment has been installed so that the conditions in the hall meet the high standards.

In September 2021, the first aerial photos were taken in the sunny evening light. Production is already underway in some of the buildings and things are progressing wonderfully on the construction site.

After the completion of the ceiling, the work on the air conditioning and ventilation could start. The interior finishing work could also be started in the laboratory and office.

At the beginning of September, the laboratory and office building also had an exterior cladding.

After the flooring had dried, work immediately began on the accessible suspended ceiling.
