Office Management Reception Employee
YOUR TASKS:
- Warm and welcoming reception as the first impression of PSM, including hosting and assisting guests and visitors, as well as preparation and follow-up tasks.
- Competent handling of incoming calls and written communication with employees and business partners.
- Processing incoming mail, managing office resources, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Preparing and following up on meeting rooms for meetings, including organizing catering.
- Supporting the planning and execution of internal events.Cross-departmental support as needed.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed training in the hospitality, catering, or commercial sector is desirable.

YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, data synchronization and information security by creating stable and efficient processes
- Expansion of existing and provision of new technologies
- Continuous analysis of group-wide IT systems, processes and services
- Negotiations with and selection/management of relevant suppliers and external service providers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed university degree in information technology (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or comparable training
- Experience in the areas of IT project management, IT infrastructure (hardware, network, backup / recovery, end-user device management, server virtualization and cloud solutions)
- Knowledge of computer system validation is an advantage
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment desirable

YOUR TASKS:
- Creating and checking quality management (QM) SOPs
- Checking and managing all QM documents, including audit reports, training documents/evidence, qualification/validation documents

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pharmaceutical training or comparable training
- High quality standards and awareness
