YOUR TASKS:

  • Warm and welcoming reception as the first impression of PSM, including hosting and assisting guests and visitors, as well as preparation and follow-up tasks.
  • Competent handling of incoming calls and written communication with employees and business partners.
  • Processing incoming mail, managing office resources, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Preparing and following up on meeting rooms for meetings, including organizing catering.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, data synchronization and information security by creating stable and efficient processes
